● Support six Managing Directors of Global Venture Investor with $4B+ in funds by providing administrative support and coordinating meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
● Handle administrative duties for headquarter office, including phone and reception support, mail sorting and distributing, and document copying and faxing.
● Responsible for all logistic coordination for semi-monthly Board Meetings.
● Coordinate venue details of events such as conferences, business meetings, anniversaries, birthdays, charity events, surprise parties, and tenant appreciation events.
● Prepare expense reports, reimbursements and monthly bank reconciliations.
● Pay and maintain Accounts Payable database. Document and maintain Accounts Receivables from Portfolio companies.
● Order and keep inventory of all office supplies and on-hand food offerings (Breakfast, Lunch).
