Host-Welcome the customers with a big smile. Walk them to the table. Answer the phones and any questions that the customers have . Clean menus .
Server- Greet the table. Ask them what they would like to drink. Take there order . Put there order in and make sure the kitchen know how they wanted there steaks cooked what sides they would like with there entree . Pre bus my tables. Ask if anyone would like coffee or dessert . Give them there check and tell them to have a wonderful night!
