Direct and manage the operational and administrative services of the Major Gifts office.
Provide management support to the Major Gifts leadership team as necessary to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the effective functioning of the Major Gifts Office. Work closely with the Director of Administrative Services and Major Gifts Directors on all aspects of Major Gifts administration. Leadership of administrative support teams including providing a forum for sharing of information and training.
