I was in charge of the shift I was on for the day! I also helped with ordering line checks and schedules I checked all the employes out at the end of the night! I also handled guest relations as we'll good and bad! And was one of the people responsible for watching food cost, waste, and labor!
I was in charge of creating the weekly schedules, the biweekly ordering based or pars that we're set up! I did the inventory, counted down the drawers and made deposits! I was also in charge of leading anywhere from 4 to 8 employes! I did line checks and lot checks! I keep track of labor and food cost and waste!
