Tracking the expense of Americas, providing a professional view to local CFO on expense control, detecting saving opportunities and risks, highlighting key expenditure and overrun.
Reporting expense regularly in different dimensions (by function/by segment/by region, etc.), tracking actual expenditures, preparing updated forecast for the next quarter, and making full year expense budget.
Analyzing productivity (e.g. HC productivity), reviewing the efficiency of expense to supporting decisions.
Working closely with business team to give financial support and drive real actions to control expense, to keep health E/R ratio.
