Provide support for assigned outside salesperson(s) and management to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, Includes all phone and e-mail communication as required.
Assist the department with unassigned account activity as required.
Provide technical assistance to customers on all products represented.
Review and Analyze all customer purchases for accuracy and required documents.
Enter time Sensitive Customer Orders Size, Select, Price, and develop cost on all products represented.
Sending updated reports on pending items status.
Expedite, provide shipments schedules, and coordinate deliveries as required.
Verifying incoming shipments the orders which is entered by me for my area.
Placing an order for NON STD items which is not our range.
Preparing prognosis reports for management reviews.
Act as the primary point of contact for all business to business customers and provide them with updates about their products as well as answering any product or pricing related questions that they may have.
