>> being passionate and instilling of a culture of high quality performance, promoting quality awareness and orchestrating performance improvement throughout the organisation;
>> tirelessly developing, administering and maintaining quality assurance procedures and activities required to ensure that the company’s processes and products are in compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations;
>> defining quality procedures in conjunction with staff from different business areas, approving internal procedures in terms that reflect the requirements of the quality management system;
>> identifying quality metrics, report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
