My previous role has evolved a great deal, and I've channeled my HIX expertise into a Consumer Experience focus! As an internal consultant, I ensure that all Marketplace products, services, and communications accurately represent our CareSource culture of putting our members first in all that we do. Some of my work includes:

 Driving the design and administration of innovative Experience and Engagement strategies and supporting operational services
 Collaborating with Marketplace operational teams to develop and implement programs that drive enrollment and retention of Marketplace members
 Researching and analyzing insights to initiate, develop and execute business plans that support CareSource’s Marketplace Experience goals



What's life without risk?

I must confess - I'm a bit of a line-stepper. I seek to gain an understanding of "the rules" - and then figure out how to innovate within them and hey, maybe even bend them a little! I consider myself a strategic and calculated risk-taker, & with this approach, I believe there are no problems we can't solve. And, I'm always up for a challenge.



Marketplace Analyst

I had the privilege of bringing CareSource's heartbeat to one of our newest endeavors - reshaping the healthcare landscape through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Our small, mighty and growing Exchange team brings CareSource's unique expertise as a leading managed care company to this exciting era of health reform.

As Marketplace Analyst, I used my diverse skill set to create the greatest value for our members. My key responsibilities included designing and administering innovative Member Experience and Engagement strategies, supporting operational services for member retention and growth, and on-going analysis and interpretation of national, state, and organization-wide Marketplace related data. I also have the opportunity to support various initiatives in product & benefit design, provider relations, and case management.
