Responsible for supporting high-level executive. Provides administrative support and performs numerous administrative duties, including writing correspondence, emailing, arranging for outgoing mail and packages, prepare confidential and sensitive documents and bank deposits. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. Serve as first point of contact in the office and schedule appointments, meetings and activities for the management team.
Organize and promote the Company's Recycle Program including the preparation and submission of the proposal to the "ADS".
Responsible for the INVID's Student Internship Program. Involved in all Human Resources aspects, including benefits, training, recruitment and employee relations. Responsible for planning events, keep the personnel informed through the internal intranet, and other daily tasks and projects to assist the President.
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of information. Design and implement office policies and procedures; oversee adherence to office policies and procedures. Analyze and monitor internal processes with the guidance of our legal department.
Monitor and maintain office supplies; review office supply acquisitions and make purchases as requested.
Handle customer inquiries and forward them to the appropriate personnel for resolution or follow-up.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Design and implement filing systems; ensure filing systems (hard copy and electronic) are maintained and current.
Give administrative support to Comptroller on filing, collection calls, recordkeeping and delivery services.
Create, design and publish social media content for the sales/marketing department. Give administrative support to Sales Manager on bids, proposals and contracts. Ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.
