• Publish job postings, source and screen job applications, coordinate hiring processes and conduct telephone interviews and reference check; Update and maintain recruitment database; Arrange and coordinate on-boarding process and make sure it is as smooth as possible
• Work as the point person between the company and various training vendors; Develop in-house training programs
• Draft department incentive programs and manager incentive programs; Create guest satisfaction questionnaire
• Arrange monthly town hall; Prepare presentation for monthly business operation meeting. Draft personnel announcements
