I worked as an Assistant Store manager/Customer relations manager for a 2 million dollar store. My job was to engage with our guests by ensuring they have a great shopping experience within our store. I would hire and train sales associates and key holders to become more customer oriented. Being personable by suggesting and wardrobing the customer in the fitting rooms. Coaching employees to understand the importance of world class customer service. At Altar'd state I was building a culture and a lifestyle by sharing company's info to our guests that made our guests want to continue to give their support to our store.
