Hired as a part-time Coordinator for Home Care
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Program Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and conducting and/or participating in recruiting, retention and performance management activities. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing direction for field employees in the delivery of services. The Coordinator works in and promotes a positive team environment, works effectively with all members of the team.

Excellent customer service - synergy with referring agencies, field employees and colleagues to deliver best care to clients.
