Crew Member: prepared the food, handle cash sales (I did this the most as a member and a trainer; cashier), cleaned the facility in and out, face-to-face greets with customers from various locations around the facility (drive-thru, the front door, and the immediate outside), and carried out the duties the supervisors and managers needed.
Crew Trainer: Do everything a Crew Member does, but more. We lead the members and new employees to do the tasks and we act as the supervisors eyes and ears when they are not around. Counsel, motivate, and uplift fellow employees when needed.
