Grounds Crew- assisted with teaching 4 other grounds crew members the duties of maintaining the field on a daily and weekly basis. Planned out the day's activities and duties needed to be done and how to make sure everything was correctly completed on time. Worked with set up and take down of pregame equipment and post game field repairs.
Fixing tractor equipment, reconstructed all 5 mounds to profile and required standards, ordering and purchasing of necessary tools, fertilizers needed in order to maintain field quality. Helped out with concession stand production during down time of field maintenance in order to ensure fans customer service was met to the best ability.
Club house management- worked with visiting teams club house, made sure club house needs were met, ordering of visiting teams post game meals and making sure it was received at the expected time, along with ensuring food orders were correctly fulfilled.Visiting teams laundry on a nightly basis were required to be washed and organized back into lockers by next day's game with a quality wash, pressed or ironed head coaches, trainers, and upper level coaches dress clothes if asked for the service. Handled the payments while properly documenting and receiving of payments for services. Handled or fixed any complaints directly to ensure a quality experience was achieved while teams stayed at our facilities.
