• Participated in election training which provided an explanation of election procedures to be followed, the applicable national legislation to be observed, and conflict resolution methods involving subordinates as well as voters.
• Constant coordination in the months preceding the elections between me and city officials on issues including procedural functioning of the elections process, delivery and pick-up of election materials, and the preparation of the voting site with specific attention to the confidentiality of the information being handled.
• Managed five to seven election officials on election day as well as the election site and procedures in strict observance of the relevant Dutch Election Law (Kieswet).
