Managed a customer service team that was responsible for small business clients. I was the point person for all escalated issues and had a proven record of 96% resolution without further escalation. Was responsible for ensuring the team met and exceeded goals while providing the utmost excellence in customer service. Through a process strategy we were able to drive down hold times by 35% and increase customer satisfaction. I was also responsible for managing a newly created STAR team that handled our high profile clients. This team was able to exponentially exceed performance goals and was continuously recognized for their service excellence. Responsibilities also entailed performance reviews, coaching and developmental feedback.
