o Post jobs on numerous websites
o Schedule interviews, track status of candidates and respond with follow up letters at the end of the recruiting process
o Handle all aspects of pre-employment process and related paperwork, process background checks, and drug screening checks
o Complete I-9 form, E Verify, and input all personal/confidential information into payroll/HR systems

o Handle customer service questions for employees regarding their paystubs and all benefits.
o Assist Human Resources Generalist in researching statistical information during the benefit renewal process of any health, life, and retirement plans that could benefit the employees.
o Update and monitor compensation surveys to remain current; compile salary information as requested.
o Update and maintain VP of HR calendar, schedule meetings, photocopy, fax documents, file, expense reports, and gather information for annual budget
o Maintain and update company organizational charts
o Responsible for maintaining all employee files - assuring that they are accurate, meet all compliance and are confidential
o Update and monitor compensation surveys to remain current, compile salary information to be used for later hiring or raises
