Managed all facits of operation in a Senior Living community consisting of 105 units, and an apartment complex of 60 units. My job duties consisted of Office Manager, and Maintenance Manager. These two positions required me to be a true multi tasker. My work load was extremely over extended for just one person, yet it was that kind of intensive demand that made me love my job. I was well respected by the seniors who admit they are finikie at times, however even if I couldn't please them they felt listened to and reassured that if I could satisfy there needs no matter how small or low on a priority schedule I would.

Business Manager of an Assisted Living / CBRF consisting of 100 units and a staff of 60 employees. This was a full scale operation handling a whole gamut of products or services. This was my stepping stone into what became a career into Property Management that challenged me daily. I was comfortable making spontaneous decisions in a moments notice. I impressed my self many times over again and had a long list of contractors that I had a extremely well distinguished relationship with.

Leasing Manager

Managed a leasing staff of 6 leasing agents for a 850 high rise unit complex. It was at the time the largest unit complex in all of Missouri. This was a major HUD financing over haul securing loans for multi millions of dollars. It was the first project to revive downtown St. Louis living. "Work Live Play Downtown" this was a real stepping stone to diverse my experience. Leases were being pounded out daily to satisfy massive relocation of employees for example, Union Pacific Railroad. And other mixes of high profile companies that had few market options to satisfy this immediate need. We also developed a Corporate Suite venue totaling 30 units furnished complete with housekeeping services and all the amenities of a home away from home! I was a key player in its success. Due to such rapid move-in and make ready units that were totally refurbished a clear channel of communication was esential. I developed a spread sheet database that facilitated in efficient communication between leasing, maintence, contractors, and upper management.

Universal Management

Leasing Agent / Property Manager

Property Manager for a 105 unit high rise on trendy Milwaukee's Eastside. This was a challenging property to maintain optimal occupancy. I was able to successfully leave this property at 100 occupancy at the time of its sale. The new owners decided to keep me as an employee due to my ambition and enthusiastic character. Later I was also promoted to transfer to another property that was having leasing failure.
