Server & Line Cook

As a server, waited on as many as 6-7 tables in a section. Duties include but not limited to;
•Ordered supplies for front of house
•Daily sanitation duties
Developed strong friendships with many regular customers.
As a line cook, all lunch and dinner shift prep duties, prepping and cutting meats and vegetables. Ordered weekly kitchen supplies
Cold-line duties include but not limited to;
•All Thai salads, papaya, cucumber, beef salad, and laab salad
•Cleaning and restocking all vegetables, fruit, and garnishes
•Prepping each entrees item for the hot line to cook
•Prepared all appetizers
Always kept my station clean and in immaculate condition.
Hot-line duties include;
•Cooking of all meat and vegetable stir-fry's
•All noodle stir-fry's
•All curries and soups
Taste and quality control when at the pass.
