Lead the execution of Human Resources programming, ensuring adequate capacity, capability, processes, and systems are in effect to deliver on Human Resources services.
Oversee all HRIS related projects and serve as Human Resources functional lead for organizational systems implementations.
Lead overall HR operations including management of a $3 million departmental budget, staffing, travel, and equipment purchases and disbursement.
Serve as advisor to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on all HR matters and provide support in the development of departmental and organizational strategic initiatives.
