• Present complex analyses and communicate findings to product, engineering, and executive teams.
• Lead advanced analytics projects and initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product lines of business.
• Develop business and product strategy.
• Work with product teams to formulate testing plans, measurement and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, and develop statistical models for test analyses.
• Construct statistical and financial models to predict the outcome of proposed projects and provide data-driven recommendations to executive team.
• Work with stake-holders to identify and develop key performance metrics and benchmarks related to user behavior, user segmentation, and user retention.
