I'm responsible for delivering consumer insights in support of new product innovation and strategic initiatives for company’s business; I have the opportunity to lead and manage specific innovation projects from idea creation through commercialization.
Key areas of responsibility include:
-participate in strategic planning process to identify and define business issues/opportunities and to align consumer insights efforts with marketing & innovation initiatives;
-support marketing and product innovation decisions by managing, evaluating, interpreting and communicating actionable insights based on primary research projects (qualitative and quantitative);
-leverage data and insights to assist in the development of impactful and compelling fact-based selling strategies for new products and strategic business initiatives;
-assist in identifying new growth opportunities based on consumer insights and trends, competitive activity, R&D input, marketing strategies, and overall company objectives.
