Manage all sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes services and develops a diverse customer base. Manage customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints. Improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing process improvements through the organization. Promote and sell services in assigned territory. Develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. I have found this method builds relationships for newer customers and creates a strong partnering with long-time customers.
