RCIED Maintainer/Trainer

• Trained as OEM Maintainer and Trainer for the Guardian H3 ECM
• Hold Weekly Classes for end users utilizing Hands on and Computer Based Training (CBT) for the Guardian H3.
• Diagnose and repair various slices(Hardware) of the unit
• Diagnose Software related issues and repair as necessary
• Perform Power output tests and RF Surveys on various Platforms to ensure system is operating as specs
• Maintain Stock Room of Supplies
• Maintain Electrical Components on the system, Replace or repair as necessary

• Design Convoy Operations (CON-OPS) utilizing Special software to acquire maximum coverage and protection from IED Threats.
• Experience in Providing Operations, Training, Material, and Facility analysis to NC3A
• Provide Expert Analysis to NC3A on Counter IED strategies, capabilities, vulnerability, and protection from IED Threats
• Provide testing analysis of new platforms and integration from current platforms.
• Aided in Development of C-IED Systems and Locations to defeat threats. This included Static and Mobile Platforms.

), Mr. Kresho Installed CREW Systems on DOD Vehicles, Also performed duties of diagnose failed CREW Systems. Mr. Kresho was on the Dept. of State to stand up their RCIED Countermeasures Program. I was responsible for installing over 200 NTV’s for DOS and also was part of a team that implemented various fixes for issues such as cable routing and mounting without penetrating the Armor. Mr. Kresho also was the Site Lead for FOB Prosperity, and acted as the Site Logistician also. Mr. Kresho Worked with EWO’s on a daily basis to train and assist them on any issues that would arise with a CREW System. Also Mr. Kresho Maintained the Fixed Sites for the International Zone in Iraq. It should also be noted that Mr. Kresho also has working experience with the THOR III system, MMBJ, Jukebox, CVRJ Fixed Sites ETC…

Mr. Kresho started out as a Auto Line Tech, He was formally trained at the Daimler Chrysler Academy. Mr. Kresho was promoted to Shop Foreman where not only did he diagnose and repair vehicles, but he instructed a shop of 6 Employees daily. He would assign work and assist them in problem solving issues. It should be noted that Mr. Kresho achieved the title of ASE and Chrysler Master Automotive Technician. He has various specialty certifications such as: Cummins Diesel Master Tech, Sprinter Diesel Tech, Crossfire and Viper Tech. Mr. Kresho was then Promoted to Assistant Service Manager where he assisted customers with service questions and the service process. Also directing over 20 Employees daily.

Responsible for producing vital intelligence from 10-15 interrogation reports daily. Monitored activities of 250-300 allied and enemy forces, and reported to a higher staff on any situation of interest. Provided all completed Intel on daily monitored areas of operation to the commander of the 48th Infantry Brigade 3rd Infantry Division. Operated missions daily with Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). In addition to utilizing the Common Ground Station (CGS) I also used SATCOM, UHF, VHF and LOS methods of transmitting and receiving data. Served as the Night Shift Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) NCOIC, Overseeing 4 Employees. Daily duties included Compiling all data received by employees and analyze data per mission requirements. Ensured Operation Security (OPSEC), Tasked with being the Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian. Preformed daily PMCS on the system. I Performed Diagnosis and repair of the software and Hardware associated with the system, including rebuilding the RAID and Server. I was in direct control of a team who set up and flew The Raven UAV, For 5 months we flew 2 missions daily. Utilized Assets Ranging from Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). U2 Telemetry, Viewed feeds from Full Motion Video (FMV) assets such as Predator, Hunter, Shadow, and Raven UAV’s, Various Aero Stat’s and Video feeds from Towers. Produced 6 Analyst Control Team (ACT) briefings, using over 100 different name search engines.
