Developed a comprehensive fourth quarter training schedule for Maintenance Platoon. Supervised the opening and closing of over (275) service requests for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and Supply requisitions. Supervised, processed and maintained all parts requisitions and layette bins. Ensured counseling's and mentoring were performed on a monthly basis. Ensured all desktops for Functional Areas were maintained and updated monthly. Coordinated training with Field Supply and Maintenance Analysis Office-West (FSMAO-W) in order to get Marines properly trained on the utilization of GCSS-MC. Installed over (30) pieces of gear into the Oracle Installed Base on GCSS-MC. Supervised the shipment of all gear requiring calibrations, WIR, evacuation to higher echelon, and all depot level maintenance via preservation, packaging, and packing (P3) Successfully completed train the trainer course for Never Leave a Marine Behind. Supervised weekly MOS training and all required deployment training ensuring over (60) classes were conducted according to the training and readiness manual and local SOP.
