Organization restructuring - Assisting executive management in organizational restructuring according to business goals and vision of the company. Developed organizational charts and reporting hierarchy for work delegation and information flow.
Policies & Procedures - Revise and develop company policies and procedures in line with industry standards to enhance business productivity.
Performance evaluation - Implemented an employee performance evaluation system for appraisals and employee performance appreciation.
Grievance redressal and discipline - Work closely with management and employees on all grievance issues within the company and provided guidance and communication to affected employees.
Recruitment process - Management of the full recruitment process including sourcing strategy; interviewing; reference checking; making offers to candidates; driving, delivering induction programs and developing job descriptions.
Learning & Development - Work closely with management to identity, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives.
Payroll support - Support managers & payroll activities including salary
bench-marking and the bonus process. Also, Supervised time & attendance along with absence and leave management.
Reporting - Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including HR dashboards, attrition, absence, compensation, headcount etc.
Employee records & documents – Supervise employee records maintenance and application of work documents such as visa and work permits.
Member of core committee team responsible for business and organization development.
