About Rachel Book, Global Diversity Recruiting Leader, Bloomberg & Former Global Talent Attraction and Diversity at AT&T
In her role at AT&T, Rachel designed innovative recruitment and employment brand marketing strategies to attract top talent to AT&T’s career opportunities all over the world. She spearheads AT&T’s Diversity, Military, and Disability recruitment strategies for the enterprise and was been instrumental in optimizing the job search experience for transitioning veterans and individuals with disabilities. Rachel represented AT&T on councils such as 100,000 Jobs Mission for veteran hiring and serves as co-chair for the National Council of Women in Technology (NCWIT) Affinity Group Alliance and the Women in Technology International (WITI) Corporate Partnership Council.<.p>
Rachel has fifteen years of HR and Recruiting experience and holds a BA in Psychology along with several Global Human Resources and Diversity Recruiting certifications. Rachel resides in the NYC metro area with her husband and two sons and is constantly in search of perfect and elusive work life balance.
