As the Head of Brand & Agency Advocacy at Twitter, Melissa educates marketers about the power of Twitter and best practices for executing programs that drive business impact. In addition to working with the broader marketing and communication teams, she often works directly with C-level executives to provide counsel about organizational challenges, issues and opportunities within a shifting media landscape. As Twitter rolls out its presence in markets around the world, Melissa’s team is often one of the first on the ground to provide support to local agencies and brands.
Before joining Twitter, Melissa was a senior vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, where she worked with a variety of brands spanning verticals, addressing diverse audiences. Melissa graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism.
