About Dana Hork, Founder & CEO, REFINE
Dana Hork is the Founder and CEO of REFINE, a fast-growing retail brand based in New York City focused on one simple objective – building better basics. Founded on the belief that great basics form the foundation of every great outfit, REFINE offers a collection of high quality wardrobe essentials for women. In addition to leading REFINE, Dana is also the Founder and CEO of the national non-profit Change for Change, mobilizing young adults to fundraise for local charities via loose change and other small contributions.
Previously, Dana served as Vice President at JPMorgan, most recently in the fixed income sales and trading division of the firm’s Private Bank. She has also led marketing initiatives in PepsiCo’s beverages division as well as at Bonobos, a leading ecommerce-driven apparel company.
Dana received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs, and a BA summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as student body president and was named by USA Today as one of the top graduating college students nationally.
Dana is originally from Hopkins, Minnesota, and currently lives in New York City.
