Cindy Pace has over 15 years of professional work experience in the Biopharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry with which includes years in Global Clinical Study Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Development and Organizational Change. Cindy has diverse knowledge and expertise in talent and leadership development, specifically increasing the representation of women in leadership and multicultural talent by focusing on removing bias through inclusive talent practices and processes including succession planning, performance management, talent and leadership development programs. Cindy will be transitioning from her current role as a Director of Change Management & Strategy Integration in the Worldwide Talent & Organizational Capability (WTOC)group at Pfizer Inc to Assistant Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion at MetLife. In her new role, Cindy will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of activities that will attract, develop, advance and retain women in leadership roles as part of MetLife’s newly created Global Women’s Initiative.
In addition, Cindy is fiercely committed to guiding the careers of the next generation of women leaders, especially young women who lack access to information on navigating corporate politics, leveraging influential networks and designing an authentic career path. She launched Professional Savvy, a career blog as a resource for early career corporate and professional women who need strategic support in deciphering the "unwritten rules" in order to advance at work. In her spare time, Cindy volunteers at the Young Women’s Leadership School in Harlem and works on completing her doctorate degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University.
