About Alice C. Milligan, Alice C. Milligan Senior Vice President, Coach Customer Engagement
Alice joined Coach this year as the Senior Vice President, Customer Engagement. Under Alice’s leadership her team brings best of breed digital and direct marketing strategies to the business, drives customer engagement; ultimately elevating brand perception and driving conversion. Her team is responsible for accelerating Coach’s customer acquisition, retention, and engaging customers at heightened levels of loyalty.
Previously, Alice was the Senior Vice President of American Express Interactive. She transformed and shaped customer’s digital interactions with American Express. Alice’s team managed the global responsibilities for the strategy, customer experience, capabilities, analytics and governance across American Express digital interactions. She managed a global team in the US, UK, and Australia serving 24 markets worldwide. Alice joined American Express in 1998, and successfully held a number of critical roles across various Business Units including Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
Prior to American Express, Alice began her career at AT&T where she held positions in Marketing, Sales, and Product Management for both U.S. and International Consumer Long Distance Services.
In addition to Alice’s professional successes, she is committed to the development and mentoring of women leaders. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, David. Her hobbies include fitness, gardening, traveling, and home improvement.
