Supervisor and duty manager

Supervise two teams a team of 9 cashiers and a cash team of 4. Cashing up tills on a daily basis and a weekly store cash up to balance each week. Ordering change doing the banking dealing with refunds exchanges dealing with complaints via face to face or over the phone and trying to resolve it to keep the customer happy customer orders phone calls and two lots of rotas ensuring we have the best cover without going over a set wage budget. I have to action yearly appraisal every 12months per team member and set up training or coaching if there is any needed. I have to make sure that my teams are delivering the best customer service possible and ensuring we get good feed back on the empathica website by hitting our target responses and making sure we hit figures every quarter. Also I have to ensure my teams are delivering the company's brand behaviours day in day out. I'm also fully duty manager trained and run the shop and shop floor on a weekly basis when manager and assistant manager are not there. Merchandising is also something I can do well as every 6 weeks we have new layouts to coincide with current promotions.
