Manage calendars, submit travel arrangements, catering and restaurant reservations for my support team and keep track of expense reports. Process invoices through Accounts Payable. Keep track of all electronic files needed to input data into the monthly division report. Make sure to have all binding pitch pro presentation ready for client meetings. Maintain essential communication and analytical skills with my team and complete goals. Assist with staff on boarding and off boarding which includes requesting equipment setup and system access. Create and edit documents using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Share Point. Manage general office needs such as ordering supplies, retention of files, data entry and mail distribution.
