Responsible for the creation, execution, and management of the marketing budget and business plan including event activation, branding, website development, tenant relations, digital activation, advertising, and public relations.

Responsible for all aspects of marketing associated with a premier destination shopping center, including but not limited to:
• The creation and management of the annual budget and business plan, directing marketing efforts to enhance asset value by actively participating in the leasing process (permanent and specialty), driving sales, and generating alternative revenue;
• The creation and development of mall advertising and programs, effectively executing the advertising program to enhance property sales and generate percentage rent;
• The management of marketing personnel to define, track and achieve measurable goals established during budget strategy and strategic planning sessions;
• The scheduling and management of day-to day Concierge operations;
• The establishment and ongoing partnership with tenants to maximize individual store sales through mall advertising and programs;
• The development and implementation of retailer action plans aimed at maximizing sales and increasing the center’s value;
• The maintenance and management of mall website, database, and social media programs;
• The coordination of merchandising activities for display windows and RMU units;
• Conducting ongoing research to support marketing and leasing efforts;
• The coordination of special events and community relations program; work with retailers to involve them as appropriate; track and produce results summaries to determine impact on center traffic and sales;
• The promotion of revenue-generating activity through gift card sales, sponsorships, advertising sales, and other methods of alternative revenue
• The development of an ongoing public relations action plan as necessary, working closely with local media and the community, building relationships, and maximizing free publicity/media coverage
