Responsible for making sure bathrooms, dining rooms, and deck are kept clean.
Making sure customers food is at the highest quality for selling and arranging the correct sides and sauces to accompany the meal.
Taking the food to the correct table and making sure the customers are satisfied and have everything they need before departing from the table.
Responsible for keeping the bartender and service station ice bins full as well as making sure the garbage bins are not full.
Help the kitchen staff when needed such as portioning food (fries, pickles, burgers) and cleaning dishes so the operation of the restaurant runs smoothly.
Been put in charge of a private parties while the manager was out of town as well as in town. Responsible for making sure the staff followed the schedule provided (made sure the food went out accordingly, made sure the guests were satisfied with the quality of the food and service, and staff).
Reported to the manager with accomplishments and concerns after the day and/or events.
Pre-buss tables and clean tables when customers are gone.
Roll silverware periodically throughout the day.
Train new servers and bussers by showing them daily tasks, learning the floor arrangement, and what sides as well as sauces go to the corresponding meals.
Teach the trainees knowledgeable information such as rules and regulations.
