Received and ardently processed incoming travel claims, adjusted travel order amounts in the Financial Management System (FMS) after travel claim liquidations, used a variety of automated systems to enter, retrieve and confirm information, and to finalize position actions.

Entered, receipted and coordinated procedures such as travel regulations and order documents and provided extensive administrative support by performing tasks such as preparing material using office automated equipment and associated software applications.

Daily reserved travel arrangements, assisted travelers reservations and processed travel arrangements for the USNS personnel attached to Military Sealift Fleet Command.
