More than eight years of government experience with thorough knowledge of principles and practices of payroll, personnel record keeping, ability to maintain confidentiality of work records, knowledge of computer applications related to work.
Strong knowledge of basic business arithmetic, great ability to respond to requests and inquiries from the general public, learn departmental operating procedures, computer software programs to enter and maintain accurate data and statistical information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and tight deadlines, work independently, and work in a team environment; proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or later with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable database and office automation product and to effectively communicate both orally (in common English narration) and in writing (to include technical documentation).
Sound ability to interpret, apply and explain applicable rules and regulations, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and to establish and maintained an effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Thorough knowledge of current military instructions mandated by Bureau of Personnel, OPNAV Instructions and other instructions that entails of proper and suitable practices and a clear vision to accomplish the company goals.
