Full operations, renovation, restructure of the hotel in preparation for Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) held in Tashkent on June 2016
• Assisted General Manager in every aspect required
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel
• Meeting with Embassies and Government authorities for SCO tenders
• Passed all range inspections (over 40) by country authorities due to SCO Summit preparations
• Successful organization, accommodation, catering, security of the SCO Summit's main Chinese delegation during visit to the country
• Budgeting and forecasting in line of market segments
• Preparing grounds for PL and daily revenue report
• Market segmentation and PMS, rate strategy synchronization with them
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Revenue management and strategy
• Departmental (Hskp, FO, Engineering, Security, Fiscal, FB) standardization and SOP implementation
• Processes optimization and optimization system implementation
• Staff training, HODs coaching, recruitment, motivation, monitoring, spot checking
• Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager's for cleanliness ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture
• Reorganization of work schedules for individual and teams
• Addressing problems, troubleshooting and maximizing win-win decisions
• IT systems optimization and restructure
• Assisted FB department In breakfast reorganization, optimization, service cost control and inventory optimization
• Stores reorganization and asset keeping audit

• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
