* HR Information System:
- Maintain 03 systems related to employee data:
+ SuccessFactors: manage employee data (profile, education, compensation, job information, work event...)
+ Time & Attendance: control annual leave, business travel request, time in-out, over time...
+ SAP: for payroll calculation.

* Employee data management (For south region - 1200 employees)
- Make sure data of south region on system is correct for payroll calculation (1200 employees)
- Take action on system: new hire, transfer/promotion/pay rate change, add/change personal information, termination.
- Prepare and monitoring labor contract, appoinment letter, the contract termination decision.
- Issue AI target and Total reward letter, Annual salary increase
- Be in charge of PIT, Social insurance.
- Fix system error related to data.
- Provide data & documents for audits.
- Maintain data management guidelines by writing and updating SOPs (Employment contract procedure, Termination procedure...)

* Payroll (For North region - 800 employees)
- Perform payroll processing activites.
- Process resignation payment
- Maintain related payroll report.
- Provide data & documents for audits.
