Ex Ordo is an academic conferencing system. As a High Potential Start Up, it has won numerous awards including the Kaufmann and 2 web awards. It’s clients include Harvard Business School and the European Space Agency.
• I looked after technical support for our international clients. This involved becoming proficient in navigating the server, database, MySQL & management systems like
• I created and managed the blog, writing and promoting content and working with guest authors.
• I was responsible for keeping accounts including regulatory requirements and management accounts including cash flow projections.
• I became versatile and was able to adapt in order to suit the business needs.

I began with completing bank reconciliations in my first week and have progressed to just having completed my first trading administration and the end of my sixth month.

Key points during this time were
• Handling 5 bankruptcy cases, 1 Receivership, and a trading administration.
• Sitting in on confidential client meetings.
• Gathering information in the due diligence process.
• Working from the office of a company in trading administration in order to monitor trade and communicate with staff.
• Liaising with debtors & creditors in both corporate and personal insolvencies.
• Key link person in the administration process of a company with a £3,000,000 turn over and 50 employees.
• Collected 1.3m cash in 3 months on one project.
• Identified fraud in a trading receivership.
