Responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the Medicare Programs
team and Senior Director of the Department
 Managing projects, correspondence, contracts, purchase requisitions/check requests, managing
calendars, meetings and ensuring confidentiality when necessary
 Ensuring orderly and effective business flow, achieved by creating and maintaining an orderly
filing system, maintaining department schedules, coordinating with other departments, following
up on the status of project deliverables from various departments, coordinating/communicating,
as directed, with external departments, and other administrative duties as assigned
 Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and other business arrangements
 Prepares expense reports in Concur
 Responsible for updating, tracking, balancing, and maintaining departmental budget expenditures
 Ensures excel spreadsheets for departmental budget and performance metrics are maintained
 Responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing correspondence for the Department
