-As an intern I am responsible for the daily activities and Enterprise. I assist with customer satisfaction, renting cars, sales, providing customers with the car rental process, and help with fleet management.
-Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments
-Provided excellent customer service and acknowledged customer questions and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner by assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
-Participated in many training modules regarding sales, customer service, and growth of the company
-Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing
-Empowered to make business decisions while developing new business relationships and maintained current businesses relationships
-Operated the daily financial and managerial tasks of the branch in a professional setting developed and applied standards of the company among an office of five people
-Learned basic skills that are essential when creating business relationships by going on service calls in order to receive feedback to build rapport with customers, dealerships, and auto body shops to maintain new and existing relationships
-Learned cost control, looked at statements and learned what it takes to run a profitable company
-Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
