Toshi has over twelve years of experience working as a mental health provider for the Administration for Children Services, Board of Education in New York City, several hospitals in the United States, for the State of New York Mental Health System, and the federal government.

Toshi branched out of these positions to begin her quest in the private practice and consulting sector full time in March 2016. Toshi interests are training and development, executive leadership, mental health awareness, and education reform.

Toshi Francis Enterprises encompass all of Toshi's interests to provide a sector where mental health patients feel heard and leaders receive ongoing training and development.

•Develop the curriculum for a Child Development, General Psychology, and Introduction to Psychology course.
•Organize and revise course materials frequently to meet the standards of the classroom and learning styles.
•Model effective oral and written communication in order to engage students effectively.

•Evaluate student performances every two weeks to advise students of any concerns.

Training and Development:
•Manage the delivery of all training and development in the area of psychology for the college audience.
•Participate in conducting needs analysis and work with subject matter experts to develop customized psychology course room to meet identified needs of the institution.
•Develop and deliver appropriate marketing and communications to encourage effective use of the Connect system to college students.
•Develop and provide weekly reporting on the progress of students in the College Now classroom, including results of exams, attendance,and an evaluation of their results.
•Provide evaluations to students near the ending of class that is in line with the approved evaluation strategy set by CUNY.
•Use Adult Learning Theory in the development of the curriculum for psychology classes.
•Research best practices and implement them in the framing of the curriculum for the classroom.
•Align new learning development and solutions with the university's strategic goals.
•Conduct educational presentations geared towards increase productivity in the classroom.
•Utilize presentation software and incorporate PowerPoint presentations.
•Develop training/educational manuals presentations and videos on numerous topics.
