I am the HR support and advisory for senior leadership for the USAA Dallas Metro area supporting multiple divisions.I provide consultative guidance, strategy, and advice . In addition, I am the Diversity POC for the Executive Diversity Advisory Group overseeing our Diversity Resource Group activities and governing within the Dallas metro area. Working to enhance the D& I efforts, and employee culture experience.

My role was Human Resource Director supporting ground & online campuses, and shared services as it relates to employee relations and engagement. My primary responsibility was to act as a liaison between Senior Leaders and the VP of Human Resources; handling all diversity initiatives and training, and ensuring leaders had a resource to handle hr related concerns. In this role I help create and oversee all online training for diversity, and employee policy.

My role was the principal Human Resource Adviser to two Fixed Based Operation (FBO) & Service facilities in Tampa, FL and Atlanta, GA, and Field Sales Team. My responsibility was operating as a liaison between the corporate office and the business unit and expand corporate organizational vision, and assisting with implementation of succession planning and organizational change within their sites. While there I created and managed a diversity internship program.

RaceTrac is a leading convenience chain operating over 525 retail gasoline convenience stores in 12 southeastern states. My role as apart of the corporate human resource group was to serve as a HR resource for over 65 stores within the Florida market. In this role I helped develop HR grassroots to link field units with the headquarters and expand corporate organizational vision and leadership.
