I essentially make sense of a lot of data for the European arm of the world's 2nd largest deal based advertising firm.
I am the cartographer mapping out important trends both from where the company has been and where it is forecast to go, in order to provide intelligent direction for the future. I work directly for top directors interpreting their needs and requests and chunking this data so 1,000,000's of data points are delivered concisely and accurately.
I also improve the salesforce crm system through developer/system admin access to shape the system to our business requirements both current, seasonal, and future as well as incorporating other areas of the company into it. eg planners and customer services to boost efficiency of the business.
I hold regular meetings with each department head; I gather their requirements and develop this into a sfdc process often bringing in and coordinating resources such as project managers and other facilitators. Specific training is then rolled out by myself along with comprehensive user and process documentation.
I also supply support to the business when things go wrong and sit in on strategic meetings to offer my business expertise and knowledge to the team so that we might develop and grow in the right direction.
