-Responsible for conducting quantitative record reviews of consumer and personal records as assigned
-Performs basic data entry to assist in the development of various Quality Control and Staff Training Reports
-Assists in the development, setup, and facilitation of various trainings
-Collects and organizes critical incident report data and maintains accurate records of incident levels
-Assists in the processing of all external record requests received from all MCOs or accreditation bodies
-Assists in the preparation of various reviews and audits performed by external bodies
-Assists with the on boarding of new employees and maintaining employee records
-Maintains specialized and custom forms, records, reports, files, spreadsheets, and logs to support office work processes
-Performs other relevant duties assigned
