For this company I was a emergency medical driver. I would pickup different surgery supplies, implants, and tools from the warehouse and take them immediately to the specified hospital for emergency surgery either scheduled for that night or the next morning. Every shipment had to be handled with care and delivered to the location in a timely fashion. Some trips took over 4 hours to get to the destination, some locations were out of state. Once I reached the location I usually had to bring the supplies to the basement area of the hospitals where the sterilization department is. The tools would then be sterilized and prepared for surgery, and paperwork for the arrival of the supplies had to be filled out correctly.

I worked at the Yard House starting as a dishwasher and moved up to prep cook in over a 8 and a half month period. I would prep and cook different meals and items on the menu, remember different recipes and learn how to time myself on my work so I can set myself up for success.

Mostly simple tasks, I would prep and cook food including portioning, marinating and seasoning, checking temps on food and making sure food is still good. By the end of the night I would clean my station and make sure the restraunt is closed down correctly.
