Design, plan & implement a strategic benefits program considering wellness, employee engagement, cost, culture and the competitive landscape. Process, analyze and assess employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, commuter and 403 (b). Create and implement benefits educational sessions. Assess and restructure HR policies and procedures for absences, vacation and family medical leaves to increase engagement and minimize risk. Manage vendor relationships including medical providers and broker. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of legislation governing benefit plans including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and plans for PPACA.
