Actively listen and ask probing questions to acquire necessary information to fill out applications for potential customers. Review applicants based on information obtained through the credit bureau to determine their loan qualifications. Work up budget based on customers debt to income ratio, counsel customers regarding the companies policy on loans, educate on and have customers sign loan contract, and using sales skills to ensure customers purchase insurance on their policy. Track customer Delinquency list and make contact with to ensure the customer comes in to make their payment. Using excellent communication and problem solving skills I interact with coworkers and multi customers on a daily basis to ensure my company works with integrity. Selling renewals and loans to 1st time borrowers.
