-Ensure data collection processes are consistent, repeatable, and appropriate.
-Validate data and information via statistical and quality tools.
-Track organizational metrics to ensure consistency of measures across the organization and to support the success of the organization's strategic efforts.
-Facilitate team-based problem solving and multidisciplinary team use of various data-driven process improvement techniques such as LEAN, Process Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
-Monitor and participate in the compliation of Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) quality measures in conjunction with OPO Quality System goals and objectives.
-Analyze all organ and tissue recovery data and produce periodic reports regarding activity, outcome, and recommended improvement areas.
-Serve as Assistant Project Manager for electronic medical record system for all referrals and donors.
