Eatiquette, the Vetri Method for school lunch, provides kids not only with fresh, nutritious food, but also with the social education that comes from sharing good food. The coordinator role is a support one, I am responsible for training the food service staff with recipe preparation, meal execution, and program execution. In the chef role, I am responsible for recipe development, recipe writing, community outreach, and communications.
